Thermalgard Protective Caps

Capable of protection at elevated temperatures, Thermalgard Hard Caps are made of lightweight, high strength, glass-reinforced Nylon. The injection molded, rivetless shell has a beaded edge for improved rigidity. Choose 1-Touch or Fas-Trac Ratchet suspension. Caps are slotted for mounting hearing protection muffs, welding shields and faceshields. They meet or exceed the ANSI Z89.1-2003, Class G standard for type I (top impact) helmet.

Bump Caps   

High-density polyethylene bump cap reduces exposure to abrasions and lacerations caused by incidental bumps to the head. Perforated sides allow cross ventilation for comfort. Adjustable sizing accommodates head sizes 6 1/2 to 8. Smooth surface is easy to clean. Bump caps do not meet OSHA or ANSI requirements for head protection.

V-Gard® Caps Uni-Pro™ Suspension

V-Gard Protective Caps with UniPro Suspension combine the advanced styling of the polyethylene shell and a comfortable, energy-absorbing suspension system.  Four-point, one-piece plastic UioPro features an integral napestrap that sits low on the back of the head and adjusts much like a baseball cap. Replaceable sweatband is comfortable and absorbent. V-Gard Caps meet or exceed ANSI Z89.1-1997, Class E and G Type I helmet requirements for top impact.

The Classic Series

 

All Classic hard hats and caps are made from high-density polyethylene and come equipped with Bullard's 6-point self-sizing or Sure-Lock® ratchet suspensions system. Both suspension systems allow for a truly customized fit with 1" wide nylon straps, vertical adjustment keys and an absorbent Sporteck™ brow pad. All Classic hats and caps conform to ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type I, Class E and G for Industrial Head Protection.

The Standard Series

Low profile and trim features advanced comfort and styling in an economical package. Pinlock and Ratchet 4-point nylon suspensions have large, pillowed, replaceable browpads. Models S61 and S62 come standard with a cotton browpad. Model S51 comes standard with a cotton browpad. Model S61 and S51 meet and exceed ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type 1, Class E and G requirements. Model S62, ventilated, meets and exceed ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type 1, Class C requirements.
