Company Info Orders Returns No returns will be accepted without calling first to request a return authorization number. Returns must be marked with the return authorization number and must be unopened, in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any opened or used items will not be credited. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date or they will not be accepted for credit. Special order items will not be accepted for credit. No items will be accepted after 30 days from the order date. Respirator Masks cannot be returned for credit, due to the possibility of contamination.
