The new lightweight Americana Safety Helmet is designed for all day comfort. Molded form lightweight, high density polyethylene. Feature a short peak and trim profile Rain trough around the back and sides of the cap. Accessory slots accommodate a wide variety of eye, face and hearing products. Accommodates chin strap, cushioned brow pad absorbs moisture. Brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable. Comfortable, impact-absorbing, 4-point woven nylon suspension. New "Easy Quick-Side" sizing adjusts suspension from head sizes 6½ -7¾. New softer band material conforms to wear's head for a more comfortable fit an allows for easier size adjustment, 19 colors in stock. Made in America and meets ANSI Z89.1-1997, Type 1 Class C, E and G requirements. |

Each turn of the ratchet knob automatically locks the adjustment with 50 meshing teeth. The no-slip hold maintains the desired fit even in the most physically active jobs or extreme weather conditions. Provides a secure and comfortable fit, the hinged ratchet fits low on nape of neck and adjusts for a perfect fit. The ratchet is cushioned with a thick sponge padding for long-lasting comfort. | All stock logos will be one color. No plate charges will apply. Imprint charges apply on the initial order and all reorders. Choose the pad print design from the following list to increase your savings. You may also choose from standard ink colors. Some slogans may only fit on side imprints. |

| To determine the cost of your cap, refer to the chart below. Count the number of colors in your logo, and locations to be printed. Match the intersecting lines and add this amount to the standard cap price. |

| Plate Charges are $90.00 each. A plate is needed
per each imprint color. The plate charge is one time charge and the
plate will be kept on file. Any order reaching 90 units will
receive one plate free of charge. A setup charge of $50.00 applies on any
order of 1-36 units. Camera Ready artwork should be supplied. If ERB must create or prepare artwork, a minimum charge of $100.00 will be required. The definition of camera ready artwork is Black on glossy white or clear background. The images./letters must be Clear and Sharp, and must be exactly what you intend the imprint to look like. Note: For multi-color logos, artwork must have individual color separations with registration marks. Note: Photocopies, business cards, drawings, letters, decals, faxes, etc. are NOT Camera Ready Color Matching - We will attempt to color match each imprint order. We request you provide a specific PMS number ( Pantone Matching System - eg. PMS 185 Red) when the order id submitted. Custom color match charge - $50.00 Note: Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to printing on plastic. Note: When printing colors other than white on colored hats, it may be necessary to add an underlay color to achieve a better color match. In these instances, an additional imprint charge will apply. ERB will notify you of these situations. Artwork Submission - Formats supported internally are TIFF, BMP, GIF and CDR.
